1) Back squat – 5x5@75%

2) Clean deadlift – 3x5@90% of clean

3) Push Press- 5x5@70%

4) Jerk dip squat – 3x5@90% of jerk

Time to really start focusing on warm ups, moving well and recovering. Proper nutrition, sleep and mobility work is imperative😊
