Matt Van Dyke
Matt Van Dyke is an avid lifelong athlete with a passion for helping others to use fitness and nutrition in greatly improving their life. Born and raised in Las Cruces New Mexico and transplanted to Utah in 2006. He has now been fully submerged in helping clients reach goals in competition, on stage and in life, for the last 8 years. He has a passion for strength, programming, movement, and nutrition. He currently competes in CrossFit, Olympic lifting and NPC Men's Physique shows.

Kim Trupp has devoted the last 20 years to helping clients achieve fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals. Kim is from Colorado and has been in Utah since 2007. She currently helps coach group classes and directs our Nutrition program with great success. Kim wouldn't say it herself, but she is truly a blessing to the fitness world and the CrossFit community. Her ability to connect with others and lead through action is unparalleled. We are great full to have her as an integral part of Aether.

After years of admiring the body of CrossFit women and having gained a lot of weight while living abroad, Jamie started at CrossFit Aether in 2014 weighing about 160 pounds. Jamie now offers programming: help with macronutrients and meal plans, personal training, small group training, as well as, started the first CrossFit in American Sign Language (ASL) program for Deaf/Hard of Hearing/ASL Users so they too could have access to health, wellness, and CrossFit in their native language. "CrossFit is for everyone" and she helps prove that every day as she helps improve the quality of life of everyone she comes in contact with.
